Name: Finnaire

Personality: Finnaire is shy and retiring. After learning a hard lesson in death, he avoids anger and conflict, but most of all he avoids humans for fear of hurting them. His anger will only arrise if the situation calls for it, and now he has become a Soul Wraith, it comes in even more powerful waves.

Finn has been quite a solitary and lonely animal, deep down he sees himself as romantic and sweet, though he has never shown this side of his persona to anybody. Rain is Finn's favourite weather, he will gleefully gallop through storms being pelted by water, it brings a sense of refreshment and cleansing to him- something that, even though a simple pleasure, he holds very dear.

History: In life, Finnaire was moody and antisocial, with a hot temper. He belonged to a young woman and lived with her for many years. He disliked the companionship of the human female, but did not hate her, and would tolerate her trying to break him in most of the time, though he would never let her on his back.

One day, Finnaire could smell new leather in his stable next to the old tack room, and knew the girl had the intentions to break him today, once and for all. The thought of a human riding him had never seemed fair in his mind. He would not allow it. Time after time the woman mounted him, and time after time she was thrown to the hard ground in the open feild. He admired her persistence, but the next time he tried to throw the woman, she stayed firm in the saddle. His temper grew, this was NOT fair.

The bit rubbed his gums and the girth chafed his belly. His temper soared as the girl sat tight through his bucking and kicking. He had attracted a crowd of other humans who worked at the ranch, they jeered at him, and shouted support to the girl. Finnaire's temper broke, and the red mist descended upon him.

He ran with fierce velocity at the crowd, a roar-like noise escaping his lungs. He Reared and faught against the constraints of the bridle that the girl was feebly trying to control him with. She fell from him, and he ran. His rage blinded him, the girl did not have a chance as he ran full blast at her. Skidding to a hault, he belted her with his front hooves, bit her arm and tried to throw her aside. The gunshot fired into the air did not deter him. He reared once more, and the gun fired again.

Finnaire then felt strange. After a moment, a pulsing agony raged through his body. His feet met the ground, but his legs did not support him. He knelt breifly, noticed the blood collecting in a growing pool as he looked down, feeling it drip from his nose. The pain came from his chest. He tried to stand. A couple of times he failed, but then stumbled to his feet, uneasy. The girl had been taken down the hill, a man stood in her place, watching Finnaire, a pistol in his hands. Finnaire tried to walk down the othe side of the hill to the forest, but fell and rolled a few times. The last thing he remembers of his death is a a glowing blue light.
