Description For who probably has been waiting a long time for me to get this done. I HAVE taken a long time.....I finally finished it a few days ago, just haven't had the chance to post this up till today. ^_^

Although I like this pic overall, especially her.....errrr, belt? I forgot what you call it, I have issues with the fan. Sometimes I wish I had just never included it, but as I'd already changed it so much, oh wells. Btw, that chinese character means 'flower'. I don't know it I wrote it well enough, my calligraphy is terrible, I'm just copying this from my mom's writing. ^_^' Anyways, yays, I'm done!!!!

You drew the character "HUA1" perfectly. I immediately recognized it I'm curious though what had you change your original drawing so much (no baby, instead a fan, etc.). Both look exceptionally well done ^_^ After all this is my first time on DA in months and the first piece I commented on. Hope to see you around the 'boards sometime on Improcomics.org I got our backburner section up and I'm going to update your pages now that you sent me ^_^;;

I'm in the process of moving too (just got approved for my new two-floor apartment today! WOO HOO). So I'm going to be ultra crazily moving everything in the next few weeks. I hadn't forgot about you though. I really am sorry Keep up the awesome job and good luck moving...we're in the same boat I assure you!

Nah it's alright, nothing to be sorry for. Wow, two weeks eh? It takes my parents a month over so far to as yet move in properly. *le sigh* stupid people haven't put in the security grilles so like, the supposed 3 weeks became 1 month+ >_<

So cool! a two-floor apartment! I don't think there's any such thing as a two floor apartment where I live....and Kuching is a city that's...barley one. Not many skyrises or condos.

I know I never really knew about two floor apartments around here either until someone told me maybe I should consider a "Town House"...which is essentially a multi-floor apartment. I mean it's not huge by any means (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom), but it's oh-so-nice and the best part is that it includes heat and hot water. Last year my bills were around $400 a month in the winter months in US Dollars...and this year is expected to be 50% higher. That's insane! So needless to say I'm super happy wish I could move this week hehe.

I still wanna see photos of Kuching sometime ^_^ I saw your Narutard photo hehe...cute!

thanks! But I cut my hair already so it looks....*points right to avatar* something like that. I just remembered there's that here too, now that you mention townhouses. Some low blocks of buildings are built like that. It's not very common though. Yeah, your town house sounds nice. I think Town houses are nicer than condominiums actually.It's like a house, except in the air. And there IS more privacy at least from guests. XD Woah, yeah, everything is getting more expensive nowadays, it's killing! Especially oil & gas! Well, no pain no gain, I hope my country will really really go full speed ahead with alternative energy sources. I'm moving in next tuesday so I asked the morning off from my supervisor and she said yes! Yay!!! XD Yeah, I don't have a digital cam but I will try to maybe find some pictures for you to scan?? ^_^

Okay well that's fantastic. I did some research on your country/area and found it really interesting. As you say, townhouses are really unique and since I've never lived in one yet I can't say how it works but I'm excited. Too bad to hear you cut your hair, but oh well, that's life I suppose. That seems to be a current trend in Asia and around the world. I just hope I can kill the trend before it becomes a worldwide pandemic. Long live beautiful long hair!

PS: Great news (you're the first to know this too) Lanlan passed her driver's test yesterday! We had to spend four hours at the Department of Motor Vehicles (one of the most hated places in the US, just ask anyone) but we succeded. Better stay off the roads now if you come to the US ever hehe...no I'm just kidding. LanLan's a good driver ... Most of the time ^_~

wow, then I really need to stay away. I've hitched rides with friends before and frankly their driving scares me most of the time. And when they follow me, they say I drive slow......well, I suppose 40kmph is slow...but that's only when I have passengers. Don't want to kill other people whose lives have been entrusted with mine. >_< Well, my hair is growing back, I can tie it up in a pony tail...and well, the weather is cool now so it's much better if I leave it. I actually wanted to cut my hair for....err....cosplay reasons but that never worked out. So far my house is rather junked up but at least we can continue with a bit of normalcy now and my room is neat. have to stock it though with my own junk. XD

I suggested to another da artist I talk to about drawing her in pink frilly panties...XD I'm just joking but when you put things that way, I also think about doing something like that with your picture. lol! Mazena wearing pink frilly panty/bra on head.....pink makes me think of frills....anf fluffy girly things. I suppose it's cuz it's a girly colour. XD I drew another pic, this one's much much cuter. Excellent work on finishing the 1,000 kiriban picture! It's about time that this picture got done.

Her hair looks beautiful! I also like the way how you did the kimono on her as well. The fan that she's holding looks so lovely. And lastly, I also like the falling sakura petals in the background! ^_^

I know...just that,....ergh, the fan design was crappy enough. Oh wells, perhaps in the future I'll do better. It's hard enough trying to draw the arc itself. >_< I did want to put a chinese black ink drawing of a tree branch and cherry blossoms but argh.....well, the idea of the fan's waves and all that made me headachey. >o<

Yeah, I put the contrast a bit high and the brightness too, but I did prefer it to the original colouring I did....because well, a pale white face would be more appropriate I thought. And nani!?! Microsoft has bought DA????
