Magister Magi of Dark Arts
Kaeddyn "Eidos" has been searching for over a century for knowledge and ancient wisdom in hopes of finding a way to remove the Shadows from his body. He has traveled to #AoHC for the same purpose. In exchange for access to the ancient scrolls gathered in the Academy, he has agreed to teach Dark Arts to the students. He looks so young because his body has been frozen since the day he was sacrificed.

Yeah, I remember. It's his "Light" that was bestowed upon him, something that prevents him from being consumed by the darkness, right? I first assumed it was the light of hope upon considering his personal turmoil. He is quite resilient after all. But you're right, it does go both ways in definition doesn't it?
