"We are gathered here to day to celebrate the union of two hearts. Through trials and tribulations, from events both good and bad, through joyous and miserable occasions, the bond between these two have been tested and haa grown stronger."

Nala's voice was strong, yet sweet in the morning air. Several lionesses blinked back happy tears as they saw the two lovers addressing one another, gazing into eahc other's eyes with adoration and excitement.

"Nuka, grandson of King Ahadi and Queen Uru, guard for the Pridelands, do you take Tiifu to be your lawfully wedded wife."

So caught up with the sight in front of him Nuka paused for a moment, before murmuring softly an, "I do."

And do you, Tiifu, daughter of Chiku, descendant of many strong, loyal, capable huntresses, take Nuka to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

Accentuated with a dreamy sigh, Tiifu nodded. "I do," she whispered.

"Then with the blessing of the Great Kings and ancestors, and by all those in attendance today, I pronounce you both as husband and wife! Let your voices be heard, brothers and sisters, friends and family, declaring your support and acceptance of the new couple!"

Roars arose up in unison, shattering then silence in the air like the rumble of thunder. A symphony of roars called out, declaring to the world their support and acceptance of the new couple. Surrounded by the calls of their friends and family, Tiifu and Nuka embraced, feeling the love between them being wrapped by the voices surrounding them.

And as the morning sun rose, a new day had begun.

Given the roaring scene we see at the end of TLK2, I imagine that the pride roaring along is to help signify their support and acceptance of the new couple/new rulers. I imagine for regular marriages roaring isn't as common or always done, though given that Nuka is of royal blood and Tiifu is a close friend of the royal family, and probably given all the grieving ad darkness as of lately, a larger, more packed ceremony is both needed and desired. Given that roaring is a lion thing, I figured it would be included in bug events, such as coronations and weddings.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone, actually managed to put something out on this holiday for once.
