Here we have another SMS weapon designed by Geind, this one during the early 3rd gen period. The weapon is clearly occupying a similar aesthetic and design philosophy as the later SMS 420. This sub machine shettier has a very similar stock configuration as the 420 only it employs a top mounted clip and used cased HV shett ammunition. These weapons could be prone to jamming but were still favored by sendai who often modded them to fix these issues. Later models corrected the jamming issues altogether.

This particular example sports a simulated bakelite stock and clip with a composite machined receiver. The rail on the top is for mounting ranging and other specialized target acquisition gear. The circular port on the side (directly to the right of the trigger housing) is intended for mounting sendai direct field of sight targeting devices. These devices, more or less, become the sendais eye sighting mechanism for the weapon, the sendai sees with the weapon its sighted field of fire.

This particular example was seized in a policer raid on sendai gang related criminal activity.

Ah, you are definitely a Shirow fan. He has been driving firearms design in & out of SF for about 20 years now. The grips does seem designed for someone with larger hands than me, though. Not all shooters have NBA player hands, y'know.

Handle is a bit far tilted back isnt it?

if one was to hold it their hand would have to be pretty bent

Could I 3d model some of your guns please?

I don't know much about gun tech,
but i did understand the jamming part of the problem.
All of these weapons are your own designs and such?
How do you come up with the specific properties or abilities each one has?

All of the Theos KE Polemos designs are my own, or other contributing artists when noted. Otherwise, yes, all the designs are mine. As to coming up with how they function I have a pretty good understanding and familiarity with real weapons design. Contrary to how it appears I'm not so much a gun nut as I am simply fascinated by design aesthetics; weapons, architecture, a telephone, whatever.

If you study the real world equivalents (providing there are any) of props you plan to design it contributes immensely to your understanding of how to approach creating them. This may seem like common sense but it's surprising how many people don't do this and simply draw stuff that "looks cool" (in their mind) but often fails to accomplish a convincing sense of reality, implied or otherwise.

Yeah,I have to say it's a lot of fun designing more unconventional configuration for these things, somewhat in the vein of something like FN's P90
