Description This machine is from the same 2004 Rifts gig that the Star Dragon [link] design was from. Star Dragon and this hovercraft-dropship-deal (note the rotor blades, they were part of the design description notes), are my favs I did from that gig with Palladium. In fact I'd say the Star Dragon is prob one of my favorite illos I have done for Palladium so far, I was pretty happy with how it turned out. This one is clearly in the same vein. Inked pencils, Photoshop gray scale.

Thanks 25 it the tactical or tac number. Essentially military numbering and identification codes. You see them on tanks, aircraft, etc.
