Yeeeey it's done! This was supposed to be (originally) for my Foxtober Prompt but it got too complex for that. Plus I just need to work on backgrounds. The perspective looks a little wonky in some places, but that's something I've been telling myself over and over again to keep working on. I'm starting to really like doing monochrome stuff.

Picture is slightly inspired by a painting I saw online through Google Images. This is only inspired by the general shape of the painting though. Even though the painting is not on DA, I'd post it but I can't find it anymore.

Woow! This is really good! I can see what you're saying about the perspective, but it's not that bad. All the little details are amazing. The grass is really well done and looks lush around the bank which is a great detail. All the different branches is amazing. The texture on the rocks of the bank are awesome. And you even made it fade out in the distance! This is very well done. You have a great attention span to be able to make this.Β  I'd of gotten bored long ago.

(sorry for not replying to this! Ek!) Ah yeah! Well I'm glad other's notice it. :'D Leaves room for improvement. I'm glad you think so! It took me a really long time to make--but more importantly, if it weren't for God, I woulnd't be where I'm at now. God gives me the patience to do such things.

As for making it look "faded," I just used a thinner pen for the background, and for the foreground a thicker pen.

You nice job on the background. Really like the intricate detailsΒ  in texturing the trees and rocks. I do agree the perspective is a bit off, mainly around the stream. But overall, this is a good job!
