This is how I've been looking like for last 3 weeks, sometimes even at late night. If not school demanded this, then music did.No, no. Don't do this. It's inefficient. Go out and spend time with friends if You have a chance.
I don't have a premium account, so I'd be pleased if You answer here: When do You see ponies in front of computers or any other hi-tech stuff like that, what do You have on mind?
Presonally I find it spoiling the magic and looking useless, I can fully imagine living in Equestria without all that stuff.

Oh and to answer your question, I usually see pictures like this as humorous. Of course, there are fanfics that incorporate technology in a believable alt-universe type of way. I don't really think it spoils the magic unless the creators were to have an episode about the Internet or something.
Then that would really go against the canonical grain.
