Ich hab das auch mal probiert mit "Mondmontierung"; ist irgendwie sehr schwer hinzukriegen, dass das nicht komisch aussieht.. Farben und Licht sind angenehm.

You cheated! I was going to ask how you'd managed to expose it so well for both the dome and the moon! But it's a classic anyway

I am not quite sure if this would be possible with one shot! ThereΒ΄s the possibility to take shots with different exposures and compose the as a HDR image but I am too lazy for such things so I chose the simple way! I prefer the simple things

*LutherBash and me had been there for more than 2.5 hours again and it really had been cold last sunday evening. I took some night shots, too. I am not quite sure how to edit them... Lateron I shall submit the original shot on my stock account

Really good tonal feel to the image, did you do much to it in PS?

I did some edit: some "shadows/highlights", an additional toned layer and the full moon from a photo I took two days before
