The way to make my own version was short. I asked Ultema autorisation to use her image as reference and when she accepted, I began to draw...

Ok let me get this straight, you used someone elses drawing as an idea or a base for this drawing, but you won't allow anyone to use your drawings as an idea or base? Kind of hypocritical don't you think?

I credited it. This is all I ask for my own work : credit it ! My english is so bad that you can't understand that I'm not against no-commercial copy of my art if the original is credited ?
I have enough about base that are not credited and generate other copies of deviants that can't credit it neither.I have enough to receive comments or notes about new not-credited copies, each week since the near 7 years I'm on DA !
And I don't use the lineart of =ultema as base, because I didn't trace it at all. I just redraw that same king of pose, complete it with legs and background, and above all, I ask her permission BEFORE I did my picture !!
This is not a problem of copy but of respect.

You missed the point of one of my questions. What if I saw a couple in that same pose and it had nothing to do with your art. I post it online and one of your watchers says its a copy off of yours and you have my art removed. How is that fair? Poses are very rarely one of a kind and I think it's crap that people can have art removed because it may look similar to other art.

The chance you draw exactly the same pose, as if you tracing it, is so little that it could be considerer as impossible. Saw my own inspiration, you can see the difference between both. You try to find bug where there's not.
Now, this art is done since 2007 and I never see exactly the same pose anywhere, except on "tracing" copies.
Then, by I don't know which weird chance,you saw a couple in the same pose, and you copy it, you will have to submit your own reference in the comment aera of your deviation. And I don't why I would say nothing more. Just credit your reference.

Not to mention this pose is not original...what if someone thought of it themselves and it wasn't really based on this at all? If they had never even seen this photo, or better yet what if they had seen the link you took it from and asked permission just like you did and came up with something similar?
