Alison Krauss’ rendition of “When You Say Nothing At All’ is one of my absolute favorite love songs, and it speaks well to Melanie and Terry’s relationship—probably because their relationship wasn’t based very soundly on communication. Actually, they’re probably a better example of poor communication in a relationship, but whatever. Details.

I’ll confess the pose was taken from a Terry and Dana moment in the series (yes, I know…shameless). But I always wanted Terry to share a moment like that with Melanie in the series and I didn’t get it. Consider this my artistic revenge.
