I did this a while back. I don't think I did it in photoshop I think it might have been paint.NET but I think it looks quite awesome

Yeah I did this pic quite a while ago really and it was kinda' debated whether or not his eyes were blue or green. In fact I think I'll go do a green eyed rendition of this now
