Have you ever considered opening a booth at the nearest anime convention? I'm sure you'd make a killing there.

LOL, well.... There are no anime conventions near me. I live WAY out in the boonies...

I do sell things at local fairs and craft shows, a couple of times a year. It works out ok for me

Even if you live "WAY out in the boonies" anime conventions last 3 to 4 days depending on the size of the convention and it's location. And every state has one or two annual conventions. In NC there's the Animazement, in VA there's the NekoCon, It's either FL or GA that has the DragonCon and I'm not a hundred percent sure but either in or around Cali there's the Comicon. Each state has one. I recommend you try and get yourself a booth. My only sugeestion is that you have about a hundred or so of your plush and be ready for commissions. I don't know how much exposure you've had to us otaku and gamers, but let me tell you, you will be mobbed.

Oh yeah, I know it'd be popular. But it's jut not possible for me.

I do ok here locally, you might be surprised how many gamers live out here LOL. I usually sell out on the first day of a fair, no matter how many I make of anything (that's why I nearly always rent a booth with someone else, cause I'll probably only be there a day).

Maybe you should consider taking commissions. Or finding someone trustworthy to go to conventions for you. The dealer's room and the artist's alley in front of the dealer's room is always packed and artists always leave with tons of commissions. And I'm not surprised about the gamers. They're a growing breed and they mesh well with otakus.
