Okey, to start off I will say that this is my second time critiquing so I'm still kinda new e.deviantart.net/emoticons/a/a… " width="19" height="19" alt="
From first glance, anatomy is well drawn though the tail is kinda put in an awkward position. I would recommend putting it more back and behind her, pointing left and not right to make it more relaxed looking because it kinda make her look a bit tense.
Did a good job with the shading but I think the neon green glow effect is a bit too strong. It looks like if you took the default brush and clicked over the orbs. What I would do is fix the opacity and make it strong but very closely to the orbs and then go with a lighter opacity for the glow effect. Also you want it to fit with the size and define the shape (Ex. the piercings) of it too because it looks like I said earlier that you used one brush.
Also I noticed when you said you forgot to give her right arm ring band the glow effect, you also forgot the left shoe orb aswell. A greater effect would be is to go over parts near the orbs that would reflect the light such as the shoe soles and gloves but that's just my opinion...
Lastly, the background. Very light and soothing but I'm not too sure it compliments the character, which is also another opinion. If you want it to look more luminous, I'd use a dark color, perhaps a dark golden brown or a deep maroon e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
