I sure will be! I envision it as becomming a very DA community-oriented project, since the intent of this comic is just as practice for me so I can handle my more serious comics and projects with more experience and hopefully skill in the future. So, I'm hoping to encourage lots of critique from the DA community once I start posting comic pages, and I also hope to have opportunities available for people on DA to add their own characters into the comic. 
Aren't they wonderful creatures? Their family structures are so complex, and they seem to feel and express emotions on a deep and moving level. I've only recently begun learning about just how amazing these impressive animals are!

Hey I have a question how do we get are characters to be in this comic?

I'm not sure on an exact date, but we'll be moving on the 22nd, and it'll probably take a month or two to get settled into our new place, and get the Net hooked up. So around that time, I should have worked out how many slots I'll have open for people to add in things like background characters, and then more main character parts, along with any conditions or pricing that may apply.

I like the positioning and size of the words. The emphasis on "the Child" makes it kind of...dire sounding...(though that doesn't make sense, it doesn't have a sound, but in my mind it does 
I like this because...it seems to tell a story even when I don't know what the story is. It's interesting.

I really like the concept work you've done on this so far. When you write the comic, you may want to keep an eye on the dialog to make sure that it stays believable. Your word choices here make the conversation a little stilted, in the manner of stereotypical Epic Fantasy.

Totally agreed! I almost didn't post this sketch because the cat's words sound so forced and awkward. I think the biggest struggle for me will be dialogue, oh, and backgrounds, ah, and coloring, and also style, and composition, and writing a cohesive story. ...Aw crap. XD

I have trouble with dialog, too, and I think it's especially hard when writing animals--I never know how people-ish to make them, I guess. Plus I have a reeeeally hard time not going into Super Cheesy Mode whenever I need characters to talk about important things. XP
