Personality: Fast and impulsive, Risk needs a firm hand when being handled and ridden. Boundaries are, to him, quite flexible, but if someone makes it quite clear that they're in charge, he'll grudgingly accept it. He's killer fast and quite intelligent; watch your gate locks or he'll let himself out.

Risk galloped across the field with ease, his breath coming out in a smoky haze in the early morning. Nikolai sat on the fence, watching the new stallion prance around the field. He looked happy to be here. The long drive from LEC had taken its toll on the stud. He had been kicking at the trailer the whole last four hours of the trip.

Nikolai was excited to start with this boy, he'd already decided he would always be run at Dark Forest Stables; a sort of sister stable to Hide Away Hills. The held races often and the horses always did well there. Plus...Risk was a bit hard to handle. Even Nikolai, who had managed to somehow tame Silence, struggled with Risk.

On the ground the horse was sweet, though he did tend to get a bit rough. Riding him was another thing though. He hated being tacked up and refused to move. The stallion would need a lot of work, but Nikolai had plenty of patience.

"What's up?" Cassie said as she hopped up on the fence next to Nikolai, studying the new stallion. For once she had actually been excited about a horse that Nikolai brought to the stables.

"Nothing, just watching him," He said and smiled as the bay trotted over to the two, allowed them to give him a quick pat on the neck before he galloped off. Probably to explore some other part of his new home.

"He's going to be a lot of work," She said and watched as Risk leapt into the air, tossing his head around happily.

"Yeah, I know. I like challenges," Nikolai said with a smirk, already making plans for the stallion.

"I know you do," Cassie said with a chuckle, kissing Nikolai's cheek and walking off; leaving the man to stare after her with a very confused look.
