That movie was better than most other 80s horror films. Its an evil demon tied to a man's soul for vengeance.
It still reminds me of a xenomorph with eyes and a more human stance.

Indeed, indeed. Remember Alien Syndrome made by Sega? Maybe not but another design, very similar to Xenomorphs, but also more like Pumpkin Head here.

This is a grand picture of course! I am not saying it was not. I comparing the PumpkinHead demon creature, beast, thingie to other things as you did. Wagnerf didn't make it... He just did an awesome fan art & the fact it resembles other creatures is not a strike against his excellence as an artist. I apologize if it came across as a bad remark.
