Description
I finished this one in July. It is dark blue leather with black lace trim. There is dark blue ribbon in the lace and connecting the front to the hardware. The pink lacing up the front is decorative only. The leather does very well for shaping, though you can't see it here since I stuffed it with a pillow in this photo.Related content

cool! I've been wanting to get one made because I have really bad back problems, and what the chiropracter suggested I buy is just way too rediculously expensive and isnt even cool looking. But yeah, I live in China, so I'm only looking for people that accept commisions and see which ones I like the best, and so far I really like your work, really cute!

I'm weary of doing anything for medical purposes, as I'm not a doctor. You should ask your chiropractor's opinion before trying a corset for back problems. This is a touchy area for us corset makers - on the one hand we know that corsets can be successfully used for back problems. On the other hand, we're not doctors and most of us know little to nothing about such things, and could easily do more harm than good!

This is really gorgeous, but I think I might've used a different colour ribbon for the decorative lacing. The pink draws away too much from the pretty trim at the top and bottom.

It was surprisingly easy actually. There were moments that drove me nuts, but overall it was easier to do than satin. Doesn't slip as much. I like that dress, do you do clothesmaking regularly?

i've done some leather stuff for horse-tack and I've found it incredibly frustrating, but that turned out sooo nicely! lol I don't make clothes often, I really like doing it but Im such a slow sewer lol I'm glad that you like my dress
