Description Something else than photos for a change x3
This one also goes for 's Draw Me A Pokémon
event. I couldn't resist when Ho-Oh was called this time even though I can't even win again yet Or, well, I can't be the next caller, but at least I don't have to bother myself by thinking which Pokémon I'd call if I won.

Usually when I'm working on some piece I'm really critical for myself and I almost have this obsession to try to make _everything_ perfect (and failing with it anyway). This time I managed to work just for the fun without 'worrying' what the result would look like. This is just something quite quickly made out of the blue.
I know there's lots of things I could have made better but I don't care. Only things I've decided to care about is the somehow free pose of Ho-Oh and the nice pastel-ish colours of the picture. This time they are just well enough for me.

P.S. Oh, yeah, I wanted to mess around with the shiny Ho-Oh. It's one of the coolest shinys in my opinion.

And yes, it´s the coolest shiny from all other Pokemon!
It´s gold/yellow like his edition. awww ^v^
I love the wings on your Ho-Oh, and the white part on it with the rainbow colors!
So awesome and beautiful!

Thank you very much! ^^ And I just had to add those colours of the rainbow on it's wings since doesn't some of Ho-Oh's Pokedex entries state that it's wings would shine in seven colours while it's flying? I've always wondered why none of Ho-Oh's official art works never show that anyway.

that's awesome! I can really appreciate it when someone draws a pokemon while paying attention to actual animal anatomy, in this case, birds. The wings and the tail and everything came out amazing! (:

this is stunning, I love the rainbow highlights you gave it on its feathers (how I always pictured ho-oh) and I love how you used the shiny coloration(I think shiny ho-oh looks much better than the regular one though I do love both) the anatomy here is amazing aswell as the pose the colours in the pic also flow together nicley

Aw, thank you very much for your comment! And I also love both of Ho-oh's colorations, but somehow the shiny one appeal to me more. Maybe it's the combination of gold and silver in it...
