Aww... what a sweetheart. Mine always do this when I take a picture of them; I love the way they tilt their heads to the sides out of curiosity.

I'm pretty sure they know they look absolutely adorable when they tilt their heads x) What kind of birds do you have? (I did take a look at your gallery, apparently you at least have Cockatiels? )

I bet they do, they're not stupid and they must know what we're after when we get the camera out.

I have 6 cockatiels and 4 budgies at the moment (1 hand-reared cockatiel and a tame budgie inside in a cage, the rest in an aviary outside), though I used to have many more and I have had lovebirds, canaries and finches before too.
I bred the cockatiels and budgies for a few years but since I've come to University, I haven't let them breed as it would be my parents who would have to sort them out. And that would be unfair on them. I also sold the birds that weren't paired up, which is why I have so few of them now.

Oh, that's terrible It's already hard to lose a pet even if you knew it won't have much time left, but it's absolutely heart breaking when it happens all of a sudden when you least expect it...
