Franchou is a scam artist, and a pretty decent one at that. With his master persuasion skills and sly nature he can convince most to purchase his suspicious and usually secretly magical products with ease. Despite his cool and cunning nature he can get pretty cowardly and startled when someone directly confronts him or when someone much stronger than him threatens him with violence. If there's anything he's good at, it's playing tricks and fooling others into believing them. He has a noticeable disdain towards a rival Magic Vendor named Glenda due to her taking away a lot of possible customers/gullible people with her usually no strings attached products, he considers himself Glenda's arch-enemy, but she doesn't see it that way, but she still doesn't like him either. He's sometimes not alone too with his vertically challenged partner Devon helping out from time to time.
