submission for REFLECT, a social awareness art show happening at UofT...
i was going for a surreal image here... it was kinda hard to find human figures around the stock-photo sites i normally go to, so this took longer than expected... roughly two hours or so... i love the checkerboard floor - it's sort of a fetish of mine to use in both my paintings and manips...

you did an amazing job here, and i think its definitly a great addition to the art show
i wondered at first why the men didnt have wings in their shadows, then realised that the shadows revealed their true selves, that in society they cant be their true selves. jeeze, i wish i could explain what Im trying to say more elaborately. but anyway, great job here, as usual

Wow, this is excellent. I really like the way the forest floor is checkered, and the wings are fabulous.
