(That particular issue is about a guy who seeks to wipe out all plant life in Gotham City because he can't deal with his allergies anymore. Poison Ivy catches wind of his plans, breaks out of Arkham Asylum and attempts to kill him. The showdown in Gotham Park ends with Batman dealing with Poison Ivy (knocking her unconscious after a fight) and Robin "defusing" the Allergent's defoliant-bomb.
There is a small scene, however, where Batman leans over the unconscious Ivy in silent contemplation of something. It can be interpreted that he might have feelings toward her... of whatever kind.)
