if they made a show just on that episode and have them deal with all kinds of crazy mutants and monsters, I would watch the hell out of that show. I thought it was the only good episodes of teen titans go ever.

I probably just butthurt over the fact that the original got cancelled in favor of an over the top comedy. Teen Titans was a really great show and it's a real shame to me that this is what replaced it.

The 2003 wasn’t the original. The 60s was. And this wasn’t trying to replace the 03 show. It’s just a comedic spin off for kids.

I'm aware that the comics from the 60s existed, yes. We dont need to pettily argue over terminology. You should get my point without having to pick at that.
GO is not a spin off either. They address this very fact in the show itself with a fourth wall break joke. 03 was great, because it did so many things well. Characters. World building. Subplots. Action. Story. Atmosphere. It had it all and it was able to take itself less seriously on many occasions as well for humor's sake. Need I bring up the tofu episode? The problem I have with GO is that it's little more than flashing lights and sparkling colors drenched in dumb humor. Sure, it has some clever moments, but for every clever moment there's 50 ridiculously stupid ones.
I'm not saying GO doesn't have it's audience, but there's really nothing special about GO or any reason it needs to be Teen Titans to begin with. Maybe I am just mad. Maybe it is just a generational thing, but I was the same age as the kids that GO is marketed to when I watched 03. So I guess you could say I see GO as a part of the degradation of society and the slow death of the art.

GO IS a spin off. Also the fourth wall joke was only because they acknowledged the butthurt nostalgic fans and played a joke. 03 wasn’t that great. The series was filled with deus ex machinas and moments that just make no sense. Also it took itself less serious during the first season. Wasn’t really that special. GO ain’t more than flashing lights and sparkling colors with humor. Every clever moment is just filled with things kids can laugh about.
Theres nothing really special about Teen Titans 03 either yet people are over here sending death threats and being nostalgiatards because of people who like GO. Yeah you are mad and it’s about time it stops. GO isn’t the degradation of society and the slow death of the art. If you say it’s that then I can say that 03 was just a mistake gone success full of deus ex machinas, admirable bad story writing on episodes, over serious plots, sub stories that sometimes don’t make sense, World Building only suitable for art, and Atmosphere that sometimes doesn’t work. Fact is: Teen Titans 2003 isn’t that great and it didn’t age well. At least GO can have a laugh for awhile, and I’ll say this again. GO IS a spin off. It’s pretty much a common thing at this point. And that’s a fact.

And before you say anything else. Just realize you getting mad and triggered over a spin off show for kids is not going to change the success of the GO show. Let that sink in.
