Description Big thanks for the DD, it made me really happy

Blood Asp mech from Battletech model which I made for Mektek.net who are modifying MechWarrior 4: Mercenaries by adding new mechs and features. The obsolete engine of the game require it to be very low-poly with only 3,000 triangles.

The texture of mech is alpha-blended with a player-selected camouflage. It was hard to get the weathering and details so that they stand out on both dark and bright camos. It has the somewhat cartoonishly crisp look to match the other mechs in the game.

Unfortunately the game engine doesn't support reflections and other effects, so the model will look a bit more plain ingame

and what did you do to get this great skill as pro3d maker dude, because I want to be "just like you". BTW, I prefer MW3 than MW4.

I believe it was only for PC. If you want mechs on x-box, you can check out MechAssault and MechAssault 2 which are set in same universe.

oh i have both mechassult 1&2 and beat both. but after i beat the 2nd one it glitched and it didn't do it right so the game says i still haven't beaten it yet.

Not to my knowledge, but I have seen a few updated mechs kicked around the MekTek art forums. A new Timber Wolf was floating about, but I don't believe the model ever got finished.

Impressive! I've never done digital Vg art, so I've got to admit I'm impressed with your skill here! Well done!

With improving it, I'd try to give it a more personal touch or signature item. Something that makes it less of a generic mech-warrior, and more of a Walter-NEST Ragnarok! It is a practical design, I will grant it that, and very realistic in concept too! So I can't really push you down for that.

In conclusion: Give it moar style! Besides that, it's excellently worked!
