Description
You squat down to Leonardo zipping up his jacket and putting a hat that would cover his face, today you and the tots were off to visit Splinters grave as promised.
Once the boys were well dressed you got your jacket on and stepped outside your boys hot on your heel.

"It looks like it'll rain today" You looked back at them making sure everything was in order.

Jackets? Check. Hats? Check. Shoes that are much to big for them but yet fit well? Check! Pants che- wait a moment.

One of these things were not like the other and of course it was Mikey.
He stood there smiling with no pants on, reaching into your pocket you pulled out your camera and took a picture of your boys.. specially the one with no pants.
It won't be as funny to show them when they're older since..they usually didn't wear clothes but all in all you found it funny.

God they're so cute.

You took picture's of them here and there for yourself as memories and hopefully memories for them, you knew you wouldn't be able to have a relationship due to being the mother of four 3 feet turtle children and yet that didn't bother you, they were the best thing that happened and in the end still got to be a mother.
Then again, never know what will happen.. specially when they grow up.
Now that you thought about it, what would they do? Would they leave you? Would they visit? Oh your little boys are going to grow one day and leave the turtle nest.
Mikey smiled big and posed for you when you took a few more picture's of him before the boys crowded him to get in on the action.

"Okay, Mikey go get your pants on" You started and he hurried inside.
"Why do we gotta wear these anyway, Ma?" Raph questioned tugging on his jacket.
"You know why, Just in case someone see's you and I don't want nothing bad to happen" You replied putting a hand on the red turtles head.

Soon Mikey came out all dressed up and took your hand and you all went on the way.

Within ten minute's the rain started to fall before you five even got to the grave site of the wise rat.
Finally getting to the small area (That was just 20 minutes from your house and in a space full of tree's thank goodness) The four ran towards the marked grave and hovered around it shouting over the other telling stories to the grave, it just broke your heart.

"Moms been taking good care of us!" Leo shouted over them.
"Yeah! You and mom would of been great parents" Oh my God Mikey.
"The other day I took apart the toaster!" Donnie tried to shout over them.
"I miss you" It wasn't loud or trying to over shout everyone else but you heard it over the other three.

Raph stood there right behind Mikey and Donnie his hands folded and eyes down, he didn't admit it or act like it but he missed his father the most out of the four, and even you always trying to impress you with small things even if he did fight with you here and there.
The red turtle would always crawl onto your lap and hug you quietly for long periods of times with no reasons and even bring you things even though you asked someone else.
Raph turned to catch you staring a little while passed until the harder shelled turtle started to cry and goes right towards you arms out.

Usually it was Mikey who cried and came running so this broke your heart a little more.
Bending down you picked up the red clad turtle and rubbed the back of his head and he whimpered.
Soon the shouting of the other three boys stopped taking notice of their brother in your arms crying quietly.
The realization hit them hard Mikey soon came crying hugging your legs tightly Donnie then Leo.

They just knew how to break your heart, getting close crying and hugging.
Bending down you wrapped a free arm around them,

"Shhh my darlings, its okay" You whispered.
"Does he miss us!?" Mikey questioned tugging on your shirt.
"I would think so"
"Does he think we're any good?" Donnie whined.
"Yes he does Donnie, and he would want you...all of you to do your best"
"Why did he go?" Leo rubbed his eyes.
"Hunny, oh my babies... it was something he couldn't control...no one could control what happened, But I can assure you he didn't want to..wanna know something?"

They all gave you their full attention.

"He'll always be in your hearts mind and soul, every step of the way" They nodded.

After a little while each turtle went to the grave leaving something small and simple, Mikey left his small tiny T-Rex and buried it a little so it wouldn't get carried away by wind or rain.
Leo left behind a small ring (that he found a long time ago).
Donnie left a small purple car with white lines and Raph left his small toy solider, after bowing to the grave marker they said their final goodbyes and I love yous before going back to you the rain coming down a little harder now.

"Take care"

You looked back at the grave seeing or... what you thought you saw was a rat who stood tall with a smile on his face before disappearing.
With a smile the five of you left making your way back home, the boys jumping into the puddle's as you all went.
When you got home you opened the door and they stood outside for a little bit more.

"ACHOO!" You jumped then looked back at Mikey who rubbed his nose with a big smile.
"Come on boys, lets go inside and I'll make some hot chocolate" You didn't have to say anything more before they started to push past you yelling at each other to move out of the way and getting stuck in the door way, Leo the first to fall inside, his wet clothes got water all over the place.

With a sigh you helped your boys out of their wet clothes before they ran off...still...wet and of course, tracked water all over.
Mikey stood in the kitchen hugging himself, waiting for you as he shivered nothing could warm him up faster with a good cup of hot chocolate from Mom.
Once you cleaned up their mess (With the Help of Leo of course) You got into the kitchen and started to make them and yourself some nice hot chocolate.

"Thank you Mom" Came from Leo
"Love yooou" Donnie sipped his,
"Achoo!" Mikey covered his nose.
"Yeah, thanks" Raphael scooted from Mikey.
"Of course my darlings"
