Description I had originally thought this was a wolfspider but I got it ID-ed over at BugGuide.net as Dolomedes.  I should have guessed based on the behavior.  The species act very differently.  Wolf spiders are always on the move it seems, darting along.  Dolomedes tend to stay in one spot unless significantly spooked.

Thank you    I really like how it came out.  I wasn't even looking for this shot.  I was kneeling down lining up to shoot some wildflowers nearby.
