Description Having undertaken to teach myself to cook, I decided to document the results.

This is a Southwest-style pork tenderloin. The tenderloin was butterflied and rubbed with brown sugar and chili powder, then broiled.

The salad underneath is romaine heart, celery, red pepper, sweet corn and sweet red onion. Topping is just simple ranch dressing.

More chili powder next time, and a little chipotle powder too, for some smooth heat.
