Whether you’re a Star Trek fan, an X-Men fan, both or neither, it’s clear from the outset that a person of Patrick Stewart’s calibre deserves all the respect and adulation he can get. I know I have huge respect for the guy, having seen him in many films and TV series with his authoritative voice and calm, thoughtful demeanour.

Upon seeing this, I knew I was looking at an honest-to-God beautiful portrait of Charles Xavier and of Stewart himself. It’s not every day you get a piece of art that just stares into your soul like this one does. His face has been well pencilled in and there doesn’t look a detail out of sight. It’s clear to me; this was a pure labour of love and effort that you wanted to show for the man, and in my eyes, you did it supremely well.

Hopefully you’ll get to meet him so he can see for himself how I feel about your work. It’s too damn awesome to be ignored, and as such, it's heading into my Honorary Class deviations, whatever that may mean to you. Keep up the wonderful work, pal!
