umm, i use da stock photo as a refrence, and then just vectorised it, and then just added some wings and some nebula and stars etc, then i distorted the stars n stuff to make the funny looking stuff around it haha

well, im really glad you like it
and it was just done with adjustments to the hue/saturation, the pen tool, the blur filter, the displacement filter, and and the splatter filter
all pretty standard

That's fuckin' awesome. That would be so cool to witness actually happening.
I love what you did with the effects under the feet. Soooo cool. I also love the pose of the angel and the heart. Not a big fan of the little pink hearts though. To me they seem out of place not being as flashy as the rest. But I dunno how it'd look without them. Hmm. Well, whatever. It's still very awesome.
Your skill with this sort of work is very high. Some of these would make great wall posters.
