A city that has levels, Such as the poor parts of town and the Rich parts. I tried to create the factor of the poor parts or slums at the bottom and the rich and futuristic parts at the top. Added the balloons because they just look cool, but I also put them there as a floating factor to show that the city above is floating, I will have more to come, so please give me some C&C on this, it took me 3 days, and Its my first submission.
