Was it odd that I was drinking tea while drawing this ? lolIt's Polteageist from Pokemon Sword & Shield !
I really love the design, it must be quite a long Pokemon or one that can stretch

Was experimenting crosshatching using pen, so there may be extra on the Pokemon itself.

Do you choose starters based on type or design ?
For some reason, I lean on choosing water & grass types.
But I think it's because of their overall design.
So, the only fire starters I chose to begin with were Torchic & Cyndaquil

For a first playthrough I choose a PokΓ©mon based on design.
I think I remember all the starters I've chosen.
gen 1. Bulbasaur 2. Chikorita 3. TorchicΒ 4. Piplup 5. Oshowott (spelling?) 6. Fennekin (sp? XD ) 7. Popplio (But I can't decide if I prefer this one over Litten)

I can see why you like Litten - it's the only Pokemon aside from Umbreon that really looks like a cute black cat.
Interestingly, it's spelled Oshawott & I only remember because I used to have a plush of her lol

The other was a large (backpack size) Pikachu which my family won as a prize from Las Vegas a couple summers ago. Today, I don't have them since we moved but I still cherish those memories of getting them

It was so fun to draw ! I can see why you like this Pokemon, it's almost like a genie but can pop out its teapot whenever it wants.
