Description
So I'm going to get into Russian WWII reenacting. So far this is what I have. I hope to get:Russian star for my over seas cap
ammo pouches
2 pouch grenade holder
bread bag
E tool and cover
canteen
Rucksack
And a shelter half/poncho
I'll keep updating the pictures as I get more. But for now I have the essentials. Should be awesome! I'm stoked to get my gear together!

Very nice. How much was all this, if it's not too personal for me to ask? I've got a PU sniper rifle and have been thinking about getting the uniform to match.

Oh no doubt. And the cool part is all the stuff I have except the belt and boots are Russian Government Issue. Great stuff for a great price.

Almost all Mosin-Nagnant sold at gunshops come with a ammo pouch, oiler, and cleaning tools. I have a extra ammo pouch if you want it.

Hum...well my friend has one. The first one he got the bolt was totaly f@#ked. The thing got jammed. So when he turned it in for a new one he forgot to return the ammo pouch it came with. So when he got the new one he had two. Although he bought a rifle bag for the Nagant and it has ammo pouches on the side. I might ether take it off his hands or buy it from him for like dirt or something. hahaha!
But if he doesn't want to sell them, I'll keep you in mind man. Thanks again!

What you have now is a Telogreika padded winter jacket with matching trousers. Unless you plan on making a winter impression, you should get the cotton uniform. Also, the ammo pouch is a bit large. Maybe more fitted for a sniper/engineer than a common infantryman.
I have this uniform, and I can say it is the most confortable and simplest I have.

Yeah I thought it was for a sniper, just had to put it on there since that's all I have in terms of field gear. haha!
And tell me about it. I'm sitting with the pants on as I type this. Very comfortable uniform.

Oh yeah, you can trust this website. Simply make sure you give every measurement you can or else they won't ship your stuff. Gave them a phone call and everything was okay, really, a great customer service. Ordered twice from them.

Just chiming in, I got all of my Russian stuff from Tridentmilitary; he is very trustworthy.
Some other places you'll definitely want to look at are Ostfront ( www.ostfront.com ) and Collectrussia ( www.collectrussia.com ). They've got great selections and pretty reasonable prices, I've dealt a lot with both of them in the past.
