Featuring Plant!Vash--
Since he was a boy, Nicholas always find something otherworldly about Plants. Even if they are practically manmade.
But one stood out to him the most when he and the other orphans took a field trip to visit the SEEDS facility which is more akin to an aquarium than a scientific research lab.
It (or rather he, since the appearance is slightly masculine compared to the other Plants) was not only born as part of the twins but also took a shine to him.
As well as vice versa.
And since then, during his free time, Nicholas had been visiting this particular Plant. Even at the expense of his brother who seemed to have a grudge against him.
But he doesn't care...he kept doing this until adulthood.
And slowly but surely...he wanted to be with this particular needle-noggin of a Plant.
His Vash.
