Taken in a park in New Delhi. Saw this and absolutely HAD to take a picture of it. It was actually quite funny how close I could get to this guy without him realizing i was taking the photo. And i kept getting strange looks from the other people in the park too...XDFor any of you who don't understand the "Little Britain" ref. in the title, be ashamed!!!
