Hey, this looks good. But maybe you would want to add something to the navigation in the top, because I think it looks a bit lost there. You could try some kind of shadow or gradient beneath it.

I can not find the working website (please provide link)
and/or the url in your footer is miss-spelled. propertieworld dot com
should be propertyworld dot com I think.
It is something that is bothering me a lot in most webdesigns here at #DevWebdesign.
They forget to put a link to the live version.(if existing)
Because to make a mock-up in photoshop is easy, but coding it is sometimes a different story.
I'm not saying that you are in that category versesdesign ! Don't get me wrong. just trying to get some feedback

Well this is a brand new company. I just got request from client to design.. and I hope they are going to code it soon.. Its Propertieworld... Its their choice I did not misspell.

Usualy for me the question is not whether the design can be coded and look as it shown, but how it will work in terms of usability, ease of updating with new information and other things.

okay, but if it cannot be coded, then the usability will be none...
The ease of updating depends on how it is coded and/or your CMS system.
The 2 have to be taken into a count at all time. If you need certain usability, this will have some impact on your layout design.
Or do I understood your question wrong?

I think 98% of designs here can be coded. Only questions is: is it worth it.

okay I got your point.
The fact is, that most (if not all) my designs are for real clients.
And they expect a real working site. (no kidding 
I am sometimes thinking to much in that way when I surf DA.
You can (if you have the time) indeed make designs just for fun.
But it 's not bad to code once in a while as well. (keeping it fresh in the head)
Especially with all those different browsers (fucking crappy IE6)
