Finally an submission, it didn't took me long but school kept me busy the last few weeks, so sorry if I didn't answer or something.It's Uchiha Sasuka but you probably already knew that, there's chidori coming from his body and he's starring you to death with sharingan, please full view.
oh, and this really is an vector, so DONT push it to another catagory like some other vectors (to mods).
