Important Edit: I know I wasn't very clear about this in what I've shown, and I didn't really want to have to clarify this, but Cheren is threatening to attack White and N. I thought the first bit of dialogue was clear enough, but apparantly, no. So here, have a slightly edited version. Hope this somewhat clarifies why White and Cheren fight over the Pokeball - White has learned from Lauren, don't let your opponents even get out their pokeballs!Here's part two of the summary. This time less words, more action.
The scenes were kinda difficult to draw and thus, I thank for taking time to choreograph the scene with me and modelling a little bit.
Otherwise - about 5 more to go. Hopefully the rest go about as smoothly/fast as the first two.

I was going to leave it as is, but for the record: It's a battle pokemon. (Cheren's Growlithe has a different pokeball.) Cheren is trying to attack White with it and, having encountered Lauren and her methods, she is trying to prevent Cheren from getting the upper hand through Pokemon. It's self-defense.
Buuut I didn't portray that accurately so I guess I can't complain.

That said---just FYI Wass, this is the first nuzlocke comic I've read where one of the important NPC protagonists was killed in-comic (i.e. rival character). Because I hadn't seen it before I was waffling back and forth on whether it was okay to kill a character like a rival.... But if pulled off well... I guess anything goes >:3 You're so super inspiring to me, especially in the way you are unafraid to take artistic license and spin off to the plot to the point where it becomes more original than anything while still maintaining the Pokemon spirit!
