Hello, I am from and I am here to provide you with critique, helpful tips and hints, and also redlines/greenlines on this specific artwork upon request.

Lets start with something positive:
Background:I like the setting you've illustrated, its very detailed and the background is quite well done!
Characters: The characters are also well done, I can tell you're going for a stylized/cartoony feel with the anatomy, and you've pulled it off very effectively
Colors: there's quite a nice variety of colors! The character's stand out, but don't overpower the background

Ok, now lets begin with what you can improve

Like I said, I like the detail in the background, but the snowfall is a bit overpowering, it makes the image feel a bit cluttered, I had a little difficulty seeing the fine details through the snow.

The colors are nice, and I think you can make them look nicer with a little more shading, I can't tell if it's night or day in this picture, a little darker shading in some areas would give this a lot more depth, and make some of the colors pop out, you could also try adding highlights to emphasize where the light is hitting.

Lastly, I like the stylized anatomy, but I feel their waists should be a little lower, the legs appear too long to me, even knowing this probably isn't meant to be 100% anatomically correct, it could be my own bias though, but again, I like it

божтымой...фон меня убил. Эта прорисовка, детализация..или есть тут некий секрет))? специальными кисточками небось нарисованы елки и мишура? У персов одежда мне нравится и опять же обувь, классная))
