Description
The idea came to me immediately after reading DeskRage's fanfiction, Stare Into the Sun ([link] ). The whole thing is a little "behind the scenes" of what happened in the immediate aftermath of Beelzemon's attempt to save Jeri and the Tamer's retreat after the Mother Reaper's appearance. There's a scene in the work where Impmon and Renamon talk seriously (title comes from some of the dialogue), and this image sprang into my head.

I was like, hey, this would be great perspective practice!! And lighting! Because like pretty much everything else, Watchowl has has little practice drawing it. It took FOREVER. I mean, this is a pretty simple image, but it took a long time to get the perspective right, and I know the lightning and texture is a bit wonky. But it was great practice for I guess what you'd call "framing a shot", and despite it's myriad flaws I am happy with it for the most part.
