Kami: Hair Manipulation

Comattack-Her twin locks morph and temporarily harden into a pair of matching weapons (hands, scythes, spiked balls, drills, etc), and attacks with them however she pleases. 7/10

Fiber Guard-hair whips around, expands up to a 3-meter radius, and hardens into place blocking a few hits before retracting. 5/10

Make Up-Hair can do at most two things: mimic the appearance and voice of any individual and move around with a +1 in speed, acting as a distraction, or hair creates 3 copies of herself with the same speed boost, also posing as distractions and take one hit to destroy. Stat returns to normal once she morphs back, or all her copies are destroyed. 5/10

Recondition-ties her hair around something, whether it is a body part or object and it glows, warming and healing the area it covers. 6/10

Angel’s Hair-Hair initially glows into a brilliant gold, also morphing into a pair of very large wings. These wings are capable of protection and hairlike feather projection consisting of five elements: fire, water, wind, earth or metal. Skill lasts for two minutes, and once finished Kami takes a stamina cut, and hair becomes super short, unable to use any skills for 30 seconds till it grows out again. 8/10
