One of the many people photos I've been taking lately but rarely post on here

Very nice job of framing. If you're looking for a little crit, one thing I see is, while the lighting is excellent if you were going for a standard portrait, it looks like perhaps you were going for something a little more dramatic in this case, so trying for a bit more contrasty lighting might have upped that effect. Might also be possible to up the drama a bit with a bit of postproduction processing but I'm thinking it'd be tricky and I'm not good with that sort of thing. That whole poinpoint dodge and burn without making it look all blotchy... meh. Better at minor color correction and noise removal, that's about it. lol
But for the look I'm *assuming* you were going for, which is a bit more dramatic and model-shoot style, slightly "harsher" lighting, and perhaps a little bit of softer focus to draw attention to the form and colors moreso than the actual details of the face.

Pretty! I love peacock feathers. Especially the colors and I like that the model shares the same color palette. Very nice pic!
