Preferred Terrain: Wide open spaces so he can use his fast legs and run free. Valleys between mountains and big meadows are also appreciated. Shamy doesn’t really like to be in dense forests, he’s not used to it and he feels constricted. He has never climbed mountains before, but he would probably like the view and the wind in his hair.

Color: Flaxen Liver Chestnut Dun Overo, with Bendor Spots
Geno: ee/Aa/ff/Dd/nO
Markings: Minimal Overo and the Bendor Spot on his neck looks a little like a shamrock
Eye Color: “tiger eye” light brown
Voice description: Smooth and soothing like warm honey

Shamrock is a very confident and optimistic young stallion. He can border on being vain, convinced he’s handsome and a great guy to be around, but he’s not arrogant. His confidence finds roots in his luck (and besides that, his loving mother and herd might have spoiled him a bit). He’s very curious about everything and everyone. He doesn’t want to be told things, he wants to experience them himself, even if that’s a bad idea. There’s a fine line between being brave and foolish and Sham is dancing on that line like there’s no tomorrow. He’s just a very lucky horse, so everything always works out for him and he never gets into any big trouble.
Although he can be vain, Sham is social and kind, a bit playful, but always meaning well. He’s a tad naïve, being so carefree, he doesn’t understanding why anyone would be bitter or negative. Sham is a bit oblivious to the troubles of live, but that’s not his fault really. He just never encountered any real danger or hardship and thinks live is a great game.

History
Shamy was born in a large, social herd, consisting of many mares and even some stallions. His mother, Esperanda, was a loving mare. Taking great care of her precious, handsome foal. The wise band leader, Huron, was good for his mares and he and his twin brother had a bond that was strong enough for them to work together, successfully protecting the herd.
Sham grew up learning to respect mares and he played around a lot with the other colts and fillies, including his older sister Mysha. Sham loves to run free and he often did so at breakneck speeds, racing wide around the band, training his legs.
The herd was stable during Shamrock’s first year and he felt he had an important place in it. But when breeding season came around again Huron made it quite clear it was time for Shamrock to leave. And so the foal, after a bit of confusion, decided to set off. Ready for adventure and ever optimistic, the confident young stallion was sure he would do great on his own as well. Sham ran around for days when he suddenly picked up on Mysha’s scent. Excited to see how his older sister was doing, the yearling starts to trail her. Knowing that with his luck he will probably find her eventually. But this naïve little horse still has a lot of life’s lessons to learn and his luck might run out after all.
