Overall the scene is a pleasure. What poked my eye a bit was the face. I think the mouth looks a bit too far away from the eye... I know it's hard when the head is tilted a bit.
Try to wobble your head a bit so you can see the head on its original position. Study some face references you have, then try to match the eyes and the mouth correctly.
The other proportions are very good, so don't take that as a big mistake...
