Amazing view. I like the whole picture, but the white part, and the blue sky, forming the horizon, I like very much. There is a special light that gives a sense of mile wide solitudes.

very stunning works! not the houses themselves, but how you see them, and how you notice them from its best angle.
and also your photos look somewhat very nostalgic... just when i look at it, i instantly want to visit my country. where nearest house is after one kilometer. and the lake. and the forest, and fields. wind, uncommon birds, which do not live in big cities and the falling stars... oh. ups... i think i am talking like a romantic... well yeah. your gallery is very inspiring.

This picture is interesting to be because of the way it turned out. The and is located south on Manitou Manitoba. I drive the highway through this area four times a week but on this day, I decided to travel country road to explore a bit. The day was quite windy though not cold. I had to walk a fair distance to get to the angle of view that I wanted. This year because of snow, that would not be possible. The finished image has the sense of brush strokes especially in the grass. I think that is related to the wind and the relatively show shutter speed used. The overall effect I thought was quite pleasing.
