I want to draw a practice comic page a week, and this was my entry for this week. I figured I'd have it star one of my OCs, Shiori. She may have some work to do today.
As for the concept, it's simple- a while back I saw a sign advertising "Pizza + Drink" at a food court. The problem was that the plus symbol wasn't too visible, so if you looked quick you'd just see "Pizza Drink". I made this joke before with a single panel. I took that pic down when I became unhappy with it, but now I figure that I can use the basic idea for a multi-page practice comic.

That's as good an explanation for that restaurant as any, really. I'm glad you like the series- I have some more ideas for comics with Shiori, but I need to find some time and do some thinking on how best to put them together.
