I do love how the shading looks on this, especially her dress. The detailing is also very well done and, as always, the eyes and blush are both beautiful.

Thanks! I had fun drawing Hestia, and I also think I'm getting closer to accurately imitating that cel-shaded look I want. That goes especially for the linework.

Looking at it again, I think the cel shading is very crisp so I definitely feel you're nearly there, if not already.

When it comes to the cel shading, I think I'm close, but the other element I want to get right is the linework. I want to get as close as possible to real screencaps, and to emulate that look and feel. I can't do it precisely because I'm using digital pencils as opposed to real ones, but I think I can get close enough (I just have to try).

I think it's good you have an end goal in mind, so I look forward to watching you grow and try to achieve it.

I like using both mediums myself. I feel they have their own pros and cons, often one complimenting the other.
