Thanks. I'm glad I surprised you (I think). And the anime was made before the manga was finished, so the plot's VERY different.
I might go back some time in the manga and make more bases, because right now I'm just trying to finish reading it.

oh yeah, they started making it before then because Lynn Okamoto only finished up to the Mariko part. They can't even finish the story because they killed off crucial characters like kurama and bando (who is awesome)
trust me, if you haven't finished it, you will love the ending. it's one of the most spectacular endings I've ever seen.

Ouch! I almost had a knife go through my foot while doing the dishes. I was barefoot and I dropped a steak knife (the ones with the serrated edges). I was smart enough to move my foot, but now there's a scratch on the floor where it landed.

Well, my father broke it falling while he was skating, my uncle broke it because he put it under my great grandmother right before she sat down (when he was really little), one of my friends broke theirs in a fight, and two of them broke theirs when the fell from their bikes.

Not really. When I had swimmer's ear during school, a guy friend of mine hit me in the head for saying something stupid (you can't really get mad at him because my hair was loooooong when I was younger and I didn't tell anyone about my ear because I thought they'd laugh at the cotton in my ear (which they did)) and I screamed in the middle of class because it hurt so badly.

No, he hit me in the side of the head. And when you have swimmer's ear, you have drops you need to put in your ear and putting a small piece of cotton in there helps keep the medicine in.
