If I'm correct your rules say to credit you or the picture cannot be used. Then where's the link to the original picture you traced over? I very well know this is from "Vampire Knight" and you are not giving any form of credit to the artist or company that made the original picture. It's obvious that it's traced because of the proportions of the the heads and the male (Zero from the original) not having an eye and the girl's breasts (Yuuki's in the original) being out of proportion along with everything else. Not only is Zero's head misshapen but Yuuki's as well because of the poor tracing. If you say we have to credit you in order to use this image then you in turn must credit the artist and company after gaining their legal consent to use the image otherwise you are stealing art which is a crime by the way.

Okay, thank you for removing the picture. I'm not sure, if you knew that overediting is forbidden.
If you just use the bases and create your own clothes, hair, etc, it will be a better practise for you and you will get the great feeling of having created something nearly all by yourself
