I love cartoon characters, especially really wacky ones like this guy, and I can't believe it took me this long to draw him! XP You can tell I gave up on the background, but I really hope I did Brian some justice!

See, that's, like, 99% of the reason why I like it so much: you drew him completely in YOUR style. Something I find a lot of artist'll try and do when drawing Brian is emulate MY style as closely as they possibly can, which is nice and all, but it's so much cooler to see him drawn in somebody else's own unique way, especially when it's yours!
I'm fully awake now, and I still fully say YES: this is brilliant! Again, 'can't thank ya enough!
